Versailles won a set 25-0. On Thursday, November 5, 2026, Versailles swept West Liberty-Salem 3-0 in a Division V regional semifinal, 25-0, 25-20, 25-23. The Southwest daily results page lists those three set scores for November 5. A 25-0 opener is the shortest first set on that sheet, and the other side did not score a point in it.
Madeira posted the same first-set number the same night. Madeira swept Arcanum 3-0, 25-0, 25-19, 25-21, also in Division V. Two regional semis, two 25-0 openers, two gyms. A Cincinnati volleyball family checking both lines needs the gym next to the score, not a screenshot from another building.
Division I on that Thursday sheet went the other direction. Centerville beat Mason 3-2, and the fifth set finished 17-15. Seton beat Sycamore 3-1, 23-25, 25-22, 25-11, 25-8. Ursuline Academy swept Dublin Coffman 25-19, 25-23, 25-23. A 25-0 and a 17-15 fifth set both belong on a published card before anyone drives. The district-final post had Saturday’s titles. Thursday’s job was the regional set score.
Who won a set 25-0?
Versailles, over West Liberty-Salem, in a 3-0 Division V regional semifinal. Madeira also opened 25-0.
Versailles closed 25-20 and 25-23 after the 25-0. Madeira closed 25-19 and 25-21 after its own 25-0. The first set is the headline. The next two sets still need the same gym written once. Dayton volleyball programs already know a 25-0 opener and a make-up practice share a calendar. A rec director can post “Court 1, 6:00 p.m., regional semi” without waiting for the last point.
Who won a fifth set 17-15?
Centerville, over Mason, in Division I. The sets were 25-16, 19-25, 25-19, 20-25, and 17-15.
A fifth set that reaches 17 is a different card from a set to 25 and from a fifth set that ends 15-5. The official sheet prints 17-15, so the line stays 17-15. Centerville’s path earlier in the tournament included the 25-5 opener. Thursday’s regional semi needed five sets. Mason volleyball and Hamilton volleyball directors already stack a long match behind a short one. The warm-up for the next match belongs on the same sheet as that 17-15 line.
What did the other Division I matches post?
Seton beat Sycamore 3-1. Ursuline Academy swept Dublin Coffman 3-0. St. Ursula’s line has no set scores.
Seton’s sets were 23-25, 25-22, 25-11, 25-8. The first set went to Sycamore. The last two sets were decided by 14 and 17 points. Ursuline Academy’s three sets were 25-19, 25-23, and 25-23. The St. Ursula matchup is printed as St. Ursula against Lewis Center Olentangy, and the score cell is blank. An empty score line stays empty until the result is on the sheet. The Seton semifinal post already showed how a blank set line should stay blank. Columbus volleyball families are the ones who need that Olentangy gym named before the score arrives.
What did Divisions II through VII post?
The November 4 and 5 results page lists more regional semis, including Kings’s sweep, Anthony Wayne’s fifth set, and Fort Loramie’s 15-5 close.
- Division II, November 5: Anthony Wayne beat Mount Notre Dame 3-2, 25-19, 17-25, 25-19, 22-25, 22-20. Kings swept Harrison 25-19, 25-19, 25-15.
- Division III, November 4: Bellbrook swept Ross 25-13, 25-16, 25-15. Archbishop McNicholas swept Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy 25-15, 25-16, 25-19.
- Division V, November 5: Versailles swept West Liberty-Salem 25-0, 25-20, 25-23. Madeira swept Arcanum 25-0, 25-19, 25-21.
- Division VI, November 4: Rockford Parkway swept Triad 27-25, 25-23, 25-10. Fort Recovery swept Anna 25-15, 25-17, 25-19.
- Division VII, November 5: Russia swept Lehman 25-18, 25-20, 25-12. Fort Loramie beat Kalida 3-2, 20-25, 25-13, 25-18, 23-25, 15-5.
Parkway’s 27-25 opener and Centerville’s 17-15 fifth set are both win-by-two lines. Fort Loramie’s fifth set ended 15-5, which is the short fifth-set version of Versailles’s 25-0. A 25-0 in Division V and a 15-5 in Division VII still need the door written once. The shared-gym post is the weekday version of that habit. Put Thursday’s line in the league dashboard before a coach texts a court change from the lot.

Which score lines are still empty?
Three volleyball lines on the November 5 sheet have a matchup and no sets. St. Ursula, Bishop Fenwick, and Taylor are the blanks.
Division I lists St. Ursula against Lewis Center Olentangy with an empty score. Division IV lists Bishop Fenwick against Wyoming and Kenton Ridge against Taylor, both without sets. An empty cell is how a parent opens the wrong gym. The same page’s girls soccer regional-final column also has names and no scores yet: Seton against Centerville, Dublin Coffman against Mason, St. Ursula against Anderson, Indian Hill against Ross, Mariemont against Archbishop Alter, and Miami East against Gahanna Columbus Academy. Those finals are set for Saturday, November 7. The score stays off the card until the sheet prints it. Cleveland volleyball directors already leave last week’s court visible until this week’s start is live.
When is the next posted gym?
Regional finals follow this week’s semis. The state tournament is still November 12–14.
The Southwest volleyball calendar keeps the regional window on November 2–7. The state coverage page still points the state tournament to November 12–14. Thursday’s sets are in. The next gym name still has to be typed before families leave for the final. Toledo volleyball programs already treat a regional final the same way: publish the building before the last Thursday point.
What should a shared gym copy from Thursday?
The host, the start, and the set score on one line. A 25-0 sweep and a five-set match are different cards.
A house program can do that with a shorter card: Court 1 at 5:00 p.m. for the first match, Court 1 at 6:30 p.m. for the next, and a note when a fifth set pushes the warm-up past 15. The half-million post is the participation count behind a gym that keeps adding a semi. The Indiana finals put a championship score on one floor. Akron volleyball directors already stack two matches on one night.
Which cities should post the second match before the first one ends?
Any city whose Thursday already has a 25-0 set and a fifth set in the same evening.
Division V had two 25-0 openers. Division I had Centerville’s 17-15 and Seton’s 25-8 close. Division II had Anthony Wayne’s 22-20 fifth set and Kings’s sweep. Cincinnati volleyball, Dayton volleyball, Columbus volleyball, and Indianapolis volleyball families are the ones reading those lines. The second match belongs in the same message as the first score. Canton volleyball parks already share a door with a second whistle.
What should a director check before the regional final?
Each match has a gym, a start, and a set score. An empty set line stays empty until the result is in.
- A 25-0 set and a 17-15 fifth set are separate lines.
- The gym name is visible before the parking lot.
- A fifth set that reaches 17 has its own note next to a fifth set that ends 15-5.
- A blank St. Ursula line, Fenwick line, or Taylor line stays blank.
- A family with two players can tell which whistle is which.
- If you cite the night, cite the source: the November 4 and 5 Southwest results page for 25-0, 17-15, and the empty cells.
Versailles’s line was 25-0, 25-20, 25-23. Madeira’s line opened 25-0 and closed 25-21. Centerville’s fifth set was 17-15. Fort Loramie’s fifth set was 15-5. Three other volleyball lines were still blank. A rec league can write the gym down. Brands that want to be in that gym can sponsor a game. Directors can request a demo.
