Free Service

CoachesPick.com's core platform is provided free of charge to youth sports league owners and participants. As a free service, no refunds are applicable for the use of our free features.

Premium Services and Add-ons

If CoachesPick.com offers premium services, consulting services, or add-on services that require payment, the following refund policy applies:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Customers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service. This applies to premium subscriptions and upfront consulting service fees.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • You have not been charged for additional services or renewing subscriptions
